Former lawman-turned-rancher Britt MacMasters and his son Chad have recently begun a new life
for themselves in Clearmont, Wyoming. Now, they meet the new sheriff in town and are swept off
into more adventures, including escorting a famous singer through hostile territory, encountering
a kidnapping, and taking a posse in search of the kidnappers. When General George Custer
comes to Wyoming, Chad becomes a scout for him. Then Britt, escorting an outlaw by train to
Pinedale, is attacked by the outlaw gang.
