This audio is designed for the individual looking to enhance performance in distance running. Through specific imagery the tools & techniques of the winning the mind game are applied to all aspects of this sport. These include focus, concentration, emotional & thought management, as well as programming the subconscious mind for high level performance in this particular sport. The listener learns how to interpret the body physiology on very low levels, allowing for the diminishing of stress & the increase of focus/flow/flexibility of thought & body programming.
Attention is given to imagery designed to enhance foot & body placement, timing, body movement, motivation, & endurance. Includes suggestions for high level nutrition. Original imagery allows the listener to "run inside distance runner greats" thereby programming the mind for change on very high levels.
