"Emotions are things just like anything else & when they are properly framed for the child, then it is easier for the child to learn to manage them.  This can be accomplished through deep relaxation & specially designed imagery that can be attached to the tendency to stutter or hesitate in speech."....Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht

This program is designed for the mature child/teen who has a tendency towards stuttering or speech hesitation.  This program is meant to work in conjunction with speech therapy if that has been prescribed.  Other children/teens may benefit from the specific emotions or social situations that may trigger the tendency to stutter or cause hesitation in speech patterns.

Emotions are clusters of chemicals that can either diminish or enhance ideal mindbody states.   Most of us harbor negative thought patterns both consciously and subconsciously, but for some, these tendencies can interfere tremendously with the quality of life..   This program presents tools & techniques for managing emotions are all levels through Awareness Meditation & Interactive Self-Hypnosis designed especially for the younger listener.  As they learn to manage their emotional "visitors" they will be able to experience more choices & control in their life.

Note: All programs produced by International Medical & Health Writers, Ltd. are written & recorded by Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht.  Each program has 2 or 3 separate original Interactive Self-Hypnosis Sessions, each with it's own induction.  All programs include directions for listening & other important information.

McCarthy's tale of his hilarious trip around Ireland has gained thousands of fans all over the world.

Pete was born in Warrington to an Irish mother and an English father and spent happy summer holidays in Cork. Years later, reflecting on the many places he has visited as a travel broadcaster, Pete admits that he feels more at home in Ireland than anywhere. To find out whether this is due to rose-coloured spectacles or to a deeper tie with the country of his ancestors, Pete sets off on a trip around Ireland and discovers that it has changed in surprising ways.
