This audio is designed for the child or pre-teen playing the sport of golf. Teens should utilize the adult program. Through specific imagery the tools & techniques of the winning the mind game are applied to golf. These include focus, concentration, emotional & thought management, as well as programming the subconscious mind for high level performance in this particular sport. The listener learns how to interpret the body physiology on very low levels, allowing for the diminishing of stress & the increase of focus/flow/flexibility of thought & body programming.
Attention is given to imagery designed to enhance skills related to golf including driving the ball with accuracy, putting, decision making, programming ball placement, & endurance.
